Virtual Therapy in California for Anxiety, Motherhood & Life's Big Transitions

There are seasons of life that quietly take more than you expect.

Maybe you're keeping everything moving — work, relationships, parenting, all of it — while something inside feels off. Anxious. Depleted. Unlike yourself. Maybe you're navigating pregnancy, a loss, or a change you didn't fully prepare for.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and figure out what you actually need.

I'm Leyla Bogle, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. I offer virtual therapy throughout California for teens, young adults, and adults — with a particular focus on anxiety, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, grief, and life transitions.

You might be the person everyone else leans on. You show up, you follow through, and you rarely let anything fall through the cracks.

But underneath all of that, you're exhausted. Maybe anxious. Possibly grieving something — a loss, a version of yourself, a life that looked different than this.

You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Some of the most meaningful therapy work happens when someone finally gives themselves permission to slow down and actually look at what's going on.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. We can figure it out together.

This might be the right fit if you're:

  • Struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break

  • Moving through pregnancy, postpartum, or the identity shifts that come with motherhood

  • Processing pregnancy loss, TFMR, or the grief that often goes unnamed in those experiences

  • Navigating a life transition that's harder than you expected — a job change, a relationship shift, a loss of any kind

  • A teen or young adult working through anxiety, identity, or the pressure of figuring out who you are

HI, I’M LEYLA.

I've been a therapist since 2012, and in that time, I've worked with a lot of people who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside. People who are used to being competent, capable, and reliable — and have never quite had a space just for them.

My work tends to center around two kinds of people: those navigating the profound shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and grief — and people who are anxious, hard on themselves, and exhausted from holding it all together. The perinatal work in particular is close to my heart, shaped not only by advanced clinical training but by my own experience with pregnancy loss and the postpartum period.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based methods — including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — and I adjust based on what you actually need and what's genuinely helpful for you.

I provide inclusive and affirming care and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, family structures, and lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ individuals and families.

MY APPROACH

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Some people come to therapy wanting practical tools — something concrete to hold onto when things feel hard. Others come looking for a place to slow down, understand themselves better, or make sense of patterns that keep showing up.

Most people want both, and that's what I work toward.

I take an integrative approach, which means I pull from different evidence-based frameworks depending on what you're dealing with and what's actually helpful for you. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care.

What stays consistent across all of it:
I show up fully. I'm present, engaged, and genuinely invested in the work we do together.

HOW IT WORKS

Ready to get started?

We start with a free 15-minute consultation—a chance to talk about what’s bringing you in, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense.

In our sessions, we slow down and explore what’s really going on, including the patterns, history, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. There’s no timeline you have to meet.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about feeling more like yourself—more grounded, clear, and capable of living in a way that feels meaningful to you.

WHY CLIENTS WORK WITH ME

Warm and genuinely collaborative

This isn't a space where you'll feel managed or analyzed. It's a space where you can actually be honest.

Practical support alongside deeper work

You'll leave sessions with real tools, not just insights. Both matter.

Care that sees the whole person

Your relationships, your history, your culture, your values — all of it belongs in the room.

Expertise in life's tender seasons

I've built my practice around the experiences people carry quietly — pregnancy loss, postpartum struggles, grief, and the relentless inner pressure that anxiety and perfectionism create. These aren't just areas I'm trained in — they're what I'm most drawn to, and where I do my best work.

Affirming and culturally responsive care

I strive to provide a space where you feel seen, not just heard. Everyone is welcome here.
